Refunds & Exchanges Policy

To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

For hygienic reasons, leggings worn during workouts or tried on without underwear cannot be accepted.

1. Email info@six21.us with your order number.
2. We will send return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship your item using the label provided (if applicable) or your preferred carrier.

- Free for exchanges (size exchanges only)

- Paid by customer for refunds/returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available for different sizes of the same product and same color/style. If the size you need is out of stock, we will provide store credit.

Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- sale items
- special promotions

- gift cards

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Email info@six21.us within 7 days
2. Include photos and your order number

We’ll replace the item at no cost.
