All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SIX21 is not responsible for:
- packages marked delivered, or
- packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
